Our TV jammed in the late evening and wouldn't respond to the remote control. Adrian came the next day and diagnosed the remote as faulty. He took it away and came back in a couple of hours with the remote repaired and working flawlessly. He explained that he couldn't leave an elderly couple (late 80s) bereft of TV.
